Bushed pulleys use a connection solution widely known in industry as the taper bush system, where the pulley body and the tapered bushing work together. In this system, the bushing fits tightly onto the shaft thanks to its conical surface, ensuring precise centering and secure fixation of the pulley.
With the bushed structure, installation can be carried out without the need for a keyway, and maintenance as well as replacement times are significantly reduced. The bushed pulleys manufactured by our company are produced to be compatible with V-belt, Poly-V, or flat belt systems.
