Every drive system has different requirements in terms of load characteristics, rotational speed, operating time, and environmental conditions. Standard couplings cannot always meet these needs. At this point, our company offers engineering-oriented solutions in custom coupling manufacturing.
During the design process, parameters such as transmitted torque, maximum speed, shaft misalignments, shock loads, and vibration levels are analyzed in detail. The most suitable coupling type is determined for the application, and production is carried out entirely in-house under strict quality control.
