Helical Gear
Helical gears provide quieter and smoother operation compared to spur gears thanks to the teeth being positioned at a specific angle to the axis. The helical gears produced by our company, ranging from module 1 to module 30, are especially preferred in systems that require high speed and high torque.
During the production process, the helix angle, tooth profile, and surface quality are precisely controlled to achieve high efficiency, low noise levels, and long service life. In line with customer requirements, heat treatment, gear grinding, and special tolerance manufacturing can be applied.
